At Gio Cucina Italiana, the team is led by the dynamic Chef Patronne Giorgia Ozzano, who brings her passion and expertise to every dish. She is complemented by the experienced Chef de Cuisine Gerardo Vasta, who has been at the helm of D’Antica Restaurant in Amsterdam for nearly two decades. Since 2021, Giorgia and Gerardo have collaborated to create a refined Italian dining experience, guiding customers on an unforgettable journey through the most authentic and exquisite Italian flavors. The young, skilled and attentive floor staff ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for, enhancing the overall dining experience.
